1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs throughout Italy:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 working days. Cost: €5.99. Free for orders over €50.

  • Premium Shipping: Includes 24/7 support and 100% package insurance. Delivery within 1-2 business days. Cost: €8.99.

All our shipments are traceable , and you can monitor the status of your order via the tracking number that we will provide you at the time of shipment.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the courier's website.

4. Delivery Problems

  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will help you resolve the situation by contacting the carrier.

5. Changes to Shipping Address

  • Once you place your order, you cannot change the shipping address. If you made a mistake, please contact us immediately, we will do our best to assist you.

6. Delivery Failed

  • In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient or an incorrect address, the package may be returned to the sender. In these cases, we may charge you additional shipping costs for re-sending the package.
