1. Introduction
We appreciate your choice to purchase from MartiSweet and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return the product for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for the right of return, the product must meet the following conditions:

Be returned within 14 days of delivery date.

The product must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals and other included components must be returned with the product.
3. Non-Returnable Products Some items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable products (such as food or flowers).

Personalized or made-to-measure items.

Opened products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons (e.g. cosmetics, underwear).
4. Return Procedure To start a return request:

Contact us at martisweet.ms@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product, specifying the order number and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the address to send the product to.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
5. Refund

If the return is approved, a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping costs, will be issued within 2-5 business days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping; for this reason, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
